Effective Date and Detailed Updating the MediaMerce Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date you accept it. For new users, this Policy is effective upon acceptance; for current users, on January 1st, 2015

We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless you affirmatively agree to such disclosure,typically by “opting in” to receive information from a third party that is participating in a sweepstakes or other promotion on MediaMerce. If you do ask MediaMerce to share your personal information with a third party for its marketing purposes, We will only share information in connection with that specific promotion, as We do not share information with any third party (other than our service providers) on a continual basis. We may offer single sign-on services that allow you to use third party login credentials to sign into MediaMerce. With your permission, MediaMerce may also transfer profile information contained in your third-party profile. MediaMerce may also, for your use, enable you to import information about whom you are connected to, such as importing contacts from other third parties, as well as enable you to share information with those third-party sites. If you wish to discontinue such sharing, you will be able to do so through your Preference Settings. We collect the username and password for the email account you wish to import your contacts from and will use such information only for that purpose.
